Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate in Fine Wine & Spirits, based in Central Dallas. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving wine and spirits sales, conducting tastings, and educating clients about various products. Some tasks may include identifying new opportunities, promoting independent producers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Wine Sales and strong knowledge of the Beverage Industry
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building
- Wine Education or relevant expertise, such as a Sommelier certification, preferred
- Passion for artisanal and independently produced wine and spirits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable transportation for customer visits and company events
- Previous experience in the alcohol distribution or retail industry is an advantage
