We provide a full continuum of services including Outpatient Mental Health Therapy, Substance Abuse Treatment, DUI/DWI Education, Medication Management
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while supporting our mission to improve access to behavioral health services. Will be able to work on-site as well as virtually with children, adolescents and adults.
Responsibilities
Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning for assigned clients
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy (virtual and in-person options)
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EHR (TherapyNotes)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
Support client participation in OP, PRP, PHP, IOP, or bridge programs as appropriate
Participate in staff trainings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required)
Active Maryland licensure: LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, ADT, CAC-AD, CSC-AD (depending on role)
Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults in outpatient or community mental health settings
Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance billing is a plus
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Commitment to holistic, person-centered care
