Job Title: Director of Operations
Position Overview:
This person is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all services of Virtue Recovery Center. Specifically, will assist with implementing program changes, assisting in hiring new employees, and administrative duties, while focusing on promoting positive team dynamics and clinical excellence. Most importantly they will ensure clients are receiving quality services.
Job Functions:
∙ 24-hour oversight and direct client care.
∙ Directly oversee subordinate staff.
∙ Prepare and facilitate interdisciplinary treatment planning and meetings.
∙ Prepare and facilitate individual meetings with staff.
∙ Work with staff to ensure their department is functioning efficiently while also working
cohesively with the other departments.
∙ Build positive team dynamics.
∙ Contribute to the growth of the company through brainstorming, planning, and implementation.
∙ Work with the Compliance Department to maintain Joint Commission Accreditation.
∙ Ensure checks and balances and auditing are taking place in all departments to guarantee policies and procedures are being followed.
∙ Promote effective communication with clients, their loved ones, staff, and other professionals.
∙ Provides and schedules in-service training as needed.
∙ Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and analyze policies and procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Internet software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
