Job Description:

As a Media Capture Specialist at VirtualEyes Media, you'll be instrumental in capturing captivating visual content using a blend of photography, drone operation, and videography. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in any one of these fields, as training and experience will be provided to broaden skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation:

• Utilize advanced photography skills to capture high-quality images for various purposes.
• Operate drones proficiently to capture stunning aerial imagery and footage.
• Employ videography techniques to produce engaging video content for immersive models.

Immersive 3D Scanning:

• Conduct precise 3D scans using Matterport 3D camera systems.
• Ensure meticulous accuracy and attention to detail during scanning processes.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance and refine 3D models.

Customer Interaction and Communication:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills during client interactions.
• Communicate effectively to understand client requirements and provide regular updates.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Creative Editing and Post-Processing:

• Apply editing expertise to process and enhance captured content.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the optimal quality of finalized models.
• Utilize software tools to create seamless and immersive experiences.

Technical Equipment Management:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot 3D scanning, drone, photography, and videography equipment.
• Ensure the security and safety of company equipment during use and transport.

Project Coordination and Management:

• Organize and manage multiple client engagements to meet deliverables.
• Adhere to project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Provide direction and creative input to optimize captured content.

Skill Diversification and Growth:

• Embrace the opportunity to expand skills by training and gaining experience in other specialized areas.
• Contribute to a collaborative learning environment focused on cross-skilling.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in photography, drone operation, or videography (one area of expertise required).

• Openness and enthusiasm to learn and master other required skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Punctuality, positive attitude, and a passion for creative content.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs of equipment during client visits.
• Proficiency in operating an Apple iPad and general tech-savviness.
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage project timelines.
• Adequate vision to perform responsibilities and handle physical demands.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call situations.

Location:

This role is remote, requiring travel to client sites for content capture.
