JOB TITLE: Creative Specialist

Compensation:

• $23–$25/hour to start
• $30/hour once trained on photography
• $35/hour once trained on video
• Mileage reimbursement
• Performance bonuses and incentives available

No photography experience required — personality, reliability, and customer service skills matter most.

OVERVIEW

Virtual View Tours is hiring an outgoing, friendly, and highly reliable Part-Time Real Estate Media Assistant to support client shoots across Los Angeles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Provided for All Creative Tasks

• Arrive on time to each job site and greet clients warmly
• Prepare each property for shooting (turn on lights, open blinds, quick tidy adjustments, etc.)
• Photograph properties using Virtual View Tours’ standards and training
• Stay organized and efficient to transition smoothly from one shoot to the next
• Upload media promptly with accurate notes for the editing team
• Capture simple behind-the-scenes (BTS) clips of your work for social media use
• Transport, operate, and care for equipment safely
• Follow your daily schedule and maintain excellent communication
• Uphold Virtual View Tours’ seven-star customer service standard

• Assistant or Lead Videographer roles
• Drone Specialist (with Part 107 license)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with clients
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Valid Driver’s License reliable transportation
• Ability to carry equipment (15–25 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable driving throughout Los Angeles
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Any interest in photography or content creation
• FAA Part 107 drone certification
• Hospitality or service industry experience

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:

• Anyone who struggles with punctuality
• Someone uncomfortable in client-facing interactions
• Someone already running their own media agency
• Someone seeking remote or desk-only work

WORK HOURS

• Approximately 20 hours per week to start
• Opportunity for increased hours during peak season
• Must have daytime availability
• Occasional weekends as needed
