Role Overview
The Partner Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on enabling and empowering partners to drive joint business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Marketing & Enablement- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with company goals and service offerings.
- Create partner enablement toolkits, onboarding materials, and co-branded assets tailored for service-based solutions.
- Plan and manage joint webinars, events, and social media campaigns with partners.
- Drive partner communications through newsletters, webinars, and portal updates.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align partner marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
- Track and report partner engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and provide insights for improvement.
- Own the partner marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Develop lead generation programs through joint initiatives with partners.
- Manage partner events, sponsorships, and digital marketing activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize partner strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing within the service industry (IT services, consulting, managed services, etc.).
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
