Office and Partner Marketing manager

We are looking for a Marketing & Office Manager who can lead VTG’s marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth office operations. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile professional who enjoys both creative marketing and organizational management.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website).
• Manage content creation (blogs, posts, graphics) and maintain brand consistency.
• Organize webinars, workshops, and user group events for employer branding and lead generation.
• Track and report marketing KPIs (engagement, leads, conversions).
• Collaborate with sales to create marketing collateral and support pipeline growth.

• Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, and supplies.
• Manage meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
• Assist with basic finance tasks (invoices, expense reports).
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing with exposure to office administration.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, MS Office, and basic design tools (Canva preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho).
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ads.
