Role Overview

We are seeking a Perplexity Computer Specialist to drive adoption and effective usage of AI-powered tools, including Perplexity AI, across business and IT teams.

This role focuses on enabling employees to use AI for research, analysis, documentation, and workflow automation, while ensuring responsible and high-quality usage.

You will act as a hands-on practitioner, trainer, and workflow designer, helping teams transition from manual work to AI-assisted execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Tool Adoption & Enablement

• Act as the internal SME for Perplexity and similar AI tools
• Drive onboarding and adoption across departments
• Guide users on effective AI usage for daily tasks
• Improve productivity through AI-assisted workflows

2. Business Use Case Enablement

Support business teams in:

• Market and competitor research
• Account and customer analysis
• Proposal and presentation preparation
• Executive briefings and summaries
• Report generation and document synthesis

3. IT & Technical Use Case Enablement

Support IT teams in:

• Technology research and comparisons
• Architecture evaluation
• SOPs, runbooks, and documentation
• Troubleshooting and knowledge lookup
• Vendor and product analysis

4. Prompt Engineering & Workflow Design

• Create reusable prompts for different functions
• Design standard workflows for:
• Research
• Reporting
• Documentation
• Decision support
• Train users to ask better questions and validate outputs

5. Task Automation & Productivity Improvement

• Identify repetitive/manual tasks suitable for AI support
• Build guided workflows for:
• Research automation
• Email and document summarization

6. Training & User Support

• Conduct hands-on training sessions and demos

• Educate users on handling sensitive data

Salary : $120,000 - $190,000
