If you enjoy delivering exceptional service and leading a team toward success, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & SalesGreet customers, guide them through lesson packages, and demonstrate products.Book parties, promote savings through punchcards and seasonal camps, and convert walk-ins into lessons or retail purchases.Assess customer needs to recommend the right products and experiences, turning new customers into Class Pass members.Track KPIs and performance metrics to meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.Implement visual merchandising and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.Team LeadershipUphold and reinforce Young Art’s core values while fostering a positive, collaborative studio culture.Manage staff schedules, oversee studio cleanliness, and ensure inventory is organized.Conduct coaching sessions, evaluations, and provide feedback to team members.Hold team members accountable to policies and performance standards.Financial ManagementManage budgets, payroll hours, and expenses.Balance registers, handle deposits, and complete financial reporting.Monitor labor costs versus sales to ensure profitability.What You Bring3–5 years of retail or corporate sales experience.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and adaptability.Creative intuition for messaging that resonates with parents and kids.Availability on weekends, holidays, and no-school days.What You Won’t Be DoingTeaching art, creating art samples, or developing curriculum.
