We’re looking for a high-performing, client-focused Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 7–10 years of sales or account management experience who loves delivering measurable value but is ready to step away from cold calling, prospecting, and traditional sales cycles. What You’ll Do:
• Lead client engagements from onboarding through execution, using VPS tools and process to drive verified cost savings.
• Analyze contracts, vendor data, and pricing to identify optimization opportunities.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to coordinate and implement savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors to confirm pricing, negotiate adjustments, and ensure alignment with contract terms.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across multiple client accounts.

• 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive action in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with pricing data, contracts, and financials.
