Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer with Healthcare

Overview:

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation frameworks and a deep understanding of healthcare systems. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of healthcare applications, including EMR/EHR systems, claims processing, and HIPAA-compliant platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand healthcare workflows and translate them into test scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR standards).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across healthcare applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Maintain test data and environments with a focus on healthcare-specific datasets.
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in QA automation, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate).
• Familiarity with healthcare standards: HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, HIPAA compliance.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
