Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Build and customize workflows, rules, and connectors.
- Implement user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
- Configure access request, certification, and compliance processes.
- Troubleshoot identity governance and access management issues.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Maintain documentation and provide production support.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Java development and BeanShell scripting
- IdentityIQ workflows, rules, forms, and certifications
- Provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle management
- Access Request and Approval workflows
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- REST/SOAP API integrations
- LDAP and Active Directory integration
- SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments
- Git or other version control systems
