Job Description
Work with members of the administrative team to complete an archive of required data per our data retention policy.
Location:
This is a hybrid position and requires two days in the VLACS office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete the transfer of all required archival data to our storage platform.
- Collaborate with members of the administrative team and other personnel to create and document ongoing data retention practices per our boardapproved data retention policy and schedule.
- Identify duplicate records and facilitate their removal to ensure all archival data is secure.
- Organize internal, temporary drives to facilitate future archival transfer.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Understanding of and experience with data retention, privacy, and security
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication, data management, and organization skills
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidential data
- Ability to work independently while communicating regularly and effectively within a larger team
- Salary range: $22/hour to $27/hour based on experience
