Here's what you'll do:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant systems.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions.
- Support system integration, data flows, and configuration efforts.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and technical processes.
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience working with clients in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and integration.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and security standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Exposure to custom Salesforce applications and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, ITIL, SOC 2, NIST, PCI).
- Experience with mature IT processes such as ITSM, DevOps, or Agile.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, and system monitoring platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and API integrations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, ITIL) are a plus.
