Here's what you'll do:
- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and improve user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Experience delivering products that support professional services engagements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with Salesforce-based products, including custom applications and integrations.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used by associations or membership organizations.
- Understanding of CRM, workflow automation, and data management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including services, engineering, and client success.
- Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, CSPO) or Salesforce (e.g., Admin, App Builder) are a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
