Reports to: Site Director, Assistant Site Directors
Supervises: All Site Personnel
Primary Location: Virtual Campus / Online
Qualifications: Master's Degree or higher. Valid Georgia leadership certification required. Success and experience with a virtual learning environment preferred. This position requires availability from 4:00pm – 9:00pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize online scheduling for all content-area testing.
- Manage testing room, including appointments, students, and examiners.
- Ensure proper implementation of testing accommodations in accordance with IEPs / 504s / TPCs.
- Determine and implement effective measures for improving student performance on post-tests.
- Assist with the planning, organizing, and directing of the implementation of site activities.
- Assist with supervision of employees and students.
- Orient newly assigned staff members and assist in their development as instructors.
- Communicate with parents and guardians as necessary.
- Assist with the monitoring of student progress, and notify the site director and other appropriate individuals when progress is behind the anticipated schedule.
- Prepare or supervise the preparation of reports, records, lists, and all other paperwork required or appropriate to the site's administration.
- Participate in the advisement program by serving as advisor to a small group of students.
- Other duties as assigned.
