The Opportunity
We’re a well-established residential roofing company in the Tampa Bay area seeking a Production Manager to lead field operations across repairs and re-roofs.
This role is designed for an operations-minded leader who enjoys building structure, improving margins, and coordinating people and processes. It is not a sales or revenue-share position.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end production coordination for all roofing jobs
- Scheduling and workflow management across repair and re-roof divisions
- Collaboration with crew leads and field estimators
- Review and approval of estimates to protect scope, pricing, and margins
- Estimating coverage as needed using established pricing frameworks
- Job-level cost control, margin tracking, and execution discipline
- Oversight of permits, inspections, and quality close-out

Ideal Background
