What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a professional bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- A guest-first attitude — our regulars are family
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to describe menu items, pairing options, and beverage offerings confidently and with grace
- A confident, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to engage guests, build rapport, and create a memorable bar experience
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- A team player with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards
- Ability to multitask while keeping the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked
