Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender with minimum of 5 years experience to join our dynamic team in a vibrant nightlife environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly within nightclubs or banquet settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation.
• Experience working in a nightclub or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar cash register systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a friendly atmosphere.

Pay: $8.23 - $40.00 per hour
