What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR/LEAD QA ENGINEER(FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW) position at Virisha LLC?
- Two openings: Senior QA Engineer (Level 4) and Lead QA Engineer (Level 5).
- Hybrid role based in Chicago (2 days onsite).
- Strong emphasis on Java and API automation testing.
- Backend automation is significantly more important than UI automation.
- Playwright is used for UI testing but is not a mandatory skill.
- Karate, REST Assured, Python, Cucumber, Gherkin, and AI testing tools are preferred but not required.
- Level 5 requires proven QA technical leadership but is not a people management role.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome.
- Both roles include Java and API coding assessments during the interview process.
- Final interviews are conducted onsite in Chicago, including for relocation candidates.
- Communication skills are considered just as important as technical expertise during the evaluation process.
