Commercial Janitorial Cleaner – W-2 Employee
VIRIGNACK FACILITY SOLUTIONS LLC is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaners to provide professional cleaning services at commercial facilities throughout the Las Vegas area.
This is a direct W-2, hourly, non-exempt employment position. It is not an independent contractor. Initial schedules may be part-time or variable, with opportunities for additional hours as new client accounts are assigned.
Starting Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
Approximately 10–40 hours per week, depending on account assignments and employee availability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and other commercial spaces.
- Vacuum carpets and mats.
- Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
- Empty trash and recycling containers.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and accessible surfaces.
- Restock restroom and facility supplies when required.
- Follow chemical labels, Safety Data Sheets, PPE requirements, and company safety procedures.
- Properly secure assigned facilities, keys, alarm systems, and access cards.
- Report damage, safety hazards, supply shortages, or unusual conditions to the supervisor.
- Complete assigned work according to VIRIGNACK quality standards and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
- Available for evening or night shifts and occasional weekends, depending on the assigned account.
- Willing to complete lawful background screening and client site-access requirements when applicable.
- Able to stand, bend, reach, perform repetitive cleaning tasks, and lift up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- English or Spanish speakers are welcome to apply.
Employment Requirements:
Selected candidates must complete VIRIGNACK’s W-2 onboarding process, including Form I-9, Form W-4, payroll enrollment, company policies and any account-specific requirements before beginning unsupervised work.
