About the Role

We’re seeking Entry-Level Sales Representatives who are driven, ambitious, and eager to learn. This position provides comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path for advancement based on performance not tenure.

From your first day, you’ll be guided by experienced leaders who will help you strengthen your communication, customer engagement, and leadership skills. As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to lead initiatives, mentor new team members, and take on greater responsibility within the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client products and services in a professional, face-to-face setting
  • Engage with customers to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Support new customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
  • Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and ongoing development programs
  • Learn leadership and coaching skills to prepare for future advancement opportunities


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, positive, and coachable attitude
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Dedham, MA office
  • Interest in leadership development and long-term career growth
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or team-based environments (We provide full training)
