Virguez Law is a small, but growing, and reputable Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Immigration Law Firm located in Duluth, GA. We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Attorney to join our growing immigration team!
Interviews will be conducted in English and Spanish.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 1 year of experience in Immigration Law preferred
- Some experience and success with Immigration court appearances strongly preferred
- Overall knowledge of Immigration Law: USCIS, Removals, Asylums, SIJS, work permits, etc.
- Some knowledge of Criminal Law and Uncontested Divorce cases a plus
- Must have Ga Bar License

- LollyLaw or similar software
- Filevine
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Slack internal communications or similar

Schedule: Monday - Friday with some flexibility in times and 1 work from home day per week.
