As a Work-from-Home Donation Specialist , you’ll play a crucial role in supporting non-profit organizations by processing donations.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to process donations.
  

• Provide outstanding service to our valued donors.
  

• Accurately enter information into our database.
  

• Follow up with donors and exceed performance metrics.
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• 6 months remote or 1 year in a brick-and-mortar role.
  

• Strong verbal communication skills and a reliable internet connection.
  

• Ability to work flexible hours and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
