Position Summar

yWe are seeking a Focus Factory Manager to lead daily operations within a defined production area at our Rincon, Georgia facility

.This leader will be responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics while ensuring efficient execution of production schedules and operational objectives. The role requires close collaboration with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other support functions
