Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Manager to lead our enterprise-wide quality strategy and ensure consistent product excellence across all facilities. This role oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), audits, supplier quality, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the corporate quality program and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage and enhance the QMS; ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Oversee audits, non-conformances, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Reduce scrap, rework, and warranty issues through disciplined quality processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and escalations.
- Support supplier qualification, audits, and incoming quality performance.
- Develop and report quality KPIs for leadership review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
- 7 years of manufacturing quality experience; multi-site preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, continuous improvement tools, FMEA, and SPC.
- Proven leadership and ability to influence at all levels.
- CQE, Six Sigma, or similar certifications a plus.
