Position Overview
As the HR Assistant & Office Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our office operations running smoothly while supporting the heart of our organization, our people. This dual-role position blends administrative excellence with human resources support, giving you the opportunity to assist in managing day-to-day office functions and contribute to key HR initiatives.
This position is contingent based upon contract award
Key Responsibilities
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Manage daily office functions, including supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests.
- Staff Support: Serve as the go-to resource for office inquiries and assist staff with benefit questions, directing them to appropriate resources.
- Financial Coordination: Assist with invoicing and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Scheduling & Events: Coordinate meetings, event space, and conference room logistics.
- Recruiting Assistance: Support talent acquisition by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and managing candidate flow in the recruiting platform.
- HR Compliance: Assist with maintaining accurate staff records and assist with compliance documentation.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and/or HR support roles.
- Experience with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting principles.
- Some knowledge of HR processes and staff benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
