Virginia Surface Pros (VSP) is a growing pavement maintenance company serving commercial properties throughout Hampton Roads. We specialize in asphalt sealcoating, line striping, crack sealing, parking lot maintenance, and concrete services. We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and generating new business.
This position offers a guaranteed weekly salary plus commission, providing an excellent opportunity to be rewarded for your performance while helping grow our business.
Compensation
- $900 per week starting salary
- 2% commission on all sales
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial customers
- Visit property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, retail centers, and commercial businesses
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up on leads and estimates
- Meet weekly sales goals
- Represent VSP professionally in the community
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (required)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and in the field
- Experience in construction, pavement maintenance, or commercial services is a plus, but not required
