The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting with NRCC students individually or in small groups to discuss course concepts and share effective learning, studying, and test-taking strategies specific to their course.

Job responsibilities
- Conducting scheduled and walk-in tutoring sessions with students on course-related material
- If embedded, attending class with students and working closely with NRCC instructors.
- Helping students find answers to their questions
- Recording session notes
- Reviewing lesson plans
- Familiarizing themselves with current textbooks
- Completing manager-assigned projects
- Staffing the front desk when needed, answering phone calls and assisting with operational tasks.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
KSA's/Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in related field.
- Ability to work well with others in a professional manner.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
