Job Duties

Essential Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research, analyze findings, and prepare case summaries for attorneys.
- Draft and revise various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other requests.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative bodies.
- Assist with trial preparations.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external parties under attorney guidance.
- Maintain knowledge of current legal developments and changes in laws and regulations.
- A minimum of three years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
- In-depth understanding of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of specific practice areas relevant to the organization is a plus.
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Completion of a paralegal certificate program preferred.
