In our cozy, home-like Long-Term Care settings, you'll prepare a tantalizing array of fresh, nutritious meals for 10-11 cherished residents, turning simple ingredients into extraordinary experiences that evoke comfort and happiness. Beyond the kitchen magic, you'll handle dishwashing, proper storage of cookware, and meticulous charting to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can use your expertise in sanitation, safe food handling, and clever culinary tricks to deliver meals that residents crave and remember. Requirements

What We're Looking For: Your Path to Success 

As part of our commitment to safety and excellence, all team members must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (or provide proof) before starting. We're a drug-free environment, compliant with all laws, requiring a successful background check and drug screen pre-employment.

- A high school diploma or GED is preferred, which is your foundation for growth.

- At least 1 year in institutional food prep? A plus that accelerates your integration.

- Solid grasp of HACCP and OSHA—ensuring seamless, safe operations.

- Ready for active days: Stand for extended periods and easily lift up to 35 pounds.

- Basic math skills to keep things precise.

- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English basics.

- Master of time management, adapting effortlessly to changes.

- Flexible for overtime, holidays, and weekends—embracing the rhythm of care.
