Job Summary And Responsibilities
As a Surgery Scheduler in Urology, you will be instrumental in coordinating and scheduling surgical appointments and follow-up care for multiple physicians at our clinic or designated hospitals. You will ensure a seamless and efficient process for patients undergoing urological procedures, from initial scheduling through post-operative care.
Every day you will perform crucial pre-operative and post-operative data entry, assemble chart materials, and meticulously provide patients with all necessary information regarding their upcoming procedures.

Pay Range
$29.99 - $41.62 /hour

Required
Job Requirements
- Two (2) years experience in a medical office environment with knowledge of medical surgical terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use a computer
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- The ability to participate as a member of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills
- Experience/certification in department specialty may also be required
- Experience with IBM/Cerner/IDX applications
