Pay Range
$47.12 - $79.59 /hour

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care:
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized care plans.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Adaptability & Flexibility:
- Adapts quickly to new unit environments, policies, and procedures.
- Professional Development:
- Maintains current RN licensure and required certifications
- Participates in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
- Compliance:
- Adheres to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Current WA State RN license is required.
- 1 or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients.
- CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work. - Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
- Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements
