Pay Range
$48.25 - $70.78 /hour

- Technical/Functional
- Enforces high patient care standards
- Promotes professional environment and career development as retention strategy
- Prepares and directs patient-care assignments based upon patient acuity and competency of available personnel.
- Financial
- Thoroughly understands and monitors financial performance:
- a. Follows daily staffing targets and manages per guidelines and functions independently.
- b. Communicates effectively with the department director and/or supervisor regarding productivity variance or staffing concerns.
Job Requirements
- One (1) to two (2)years of work experience.
- Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics experience.
- Registered Nurse: CA RN
- Basic Life Support BLS CPR
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP
- Bachelors Of Nursing - BSN
