Compensation
- $2,000 per month base pay
- 20% commission on sales

Job Expectations
This is a phone sales position focused on helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
- No cold calling, ever
- All leads are inbound and company-generated
- Work directly with interested consumers who have requested information
- Follow a proven sales process and training system
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
- Meet activity and production expectations
Benefits
After 90 days of employment:

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- Hour lunch break
