Responsibilities include managing the desktop lifecycle strategy, overseeing software and OS currency, ensuring endpoint patch compliance, and supporting major hardware/software deployments. To be successful in this role you must possess :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area required, or equivalent work experience acceptable
- Experience with desktop, server, and mobile device technologies.
- Knowledge and several years of experience with SCCM and Intune, including design, proof of concepts, pilot implementations, packaging, and image deployment technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with Directory Services, Database applications (SQL Server, Exchange, Active Directory).
- Requires proven project management and methodology skills especially the ability to serve as a technical lead or coordinator and work on multiple projects simultaneously, especially in a cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of information security principles.
- MCSA and MCSE preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in Desktop Architecture/Engineering or application packaging
- Experience with multi-platform and operating systems environments
- Experience with endpoint security and related concepts
