Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care services to clients in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
- Follow all state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing (Required)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience (Required)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism at all times
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
