Your Commitment
- Provide exceptional, compassionate care in a partner relationship
- Assist with personal care needs such as eating, bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Build meaningful trust relationships with Clients/Families and Care Team Partners
- Provide meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders and errands/shopping, activities/outings
- Professional and personal growth
Qualifications
Care Team Partners must meet the following requirements:
- Credentialing – CNA, PCA, HHA or complete credentialing and competency test
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with up-to-date registration and auto insurance meeting state requirements
- Clean driving record and background check
- Personal and professional reference checks
- Pass company-paid comprehensive screenings, including:
State and federal background checks
Driving record check
Drug screening
TB Screening

- Work-life balance flexibility - Our minimum part-time hours are 20 per week, and maximum full-time hours are 40 per week.
- Goal hours - We work diligently to provide the goal hours you set per week. Care Partners are carefully selected for dedicated Client teams. If Client service is paused or ends due to hospitalization, passing, or moving, you maintain goal hours to support your financial obligations.
- After hours on-call– 24/7 Supervisor support, day, evening/overnight and weekends.
- Shadow shifts -paid with verbal orientation from Care Team Partners for new Client introduction.
- Mileage reimbursement while on service
- In-service training/continuing education in-person - Provided and paid
- Retirement plan - Company match (after 1 year eligibility)

- Holiday and Overtime paid at time and a half
- CPR and TB Testing – Paid
