We are seeking a Field Supervisor to join our growing team. WHAT WE EXPECT:

- Willingness to enter crawlspaces and traverse them thoroughly
- No experience necessary-- only willingness to learn. We will train the right candidate!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Go to project starts and carryover projects to check-in daily
- Perform quality control checks at every job
- Type up daily job summary notes & e-mail them to the team
- Address customer concerns and communication promptly and elevate to management when help is needed
- Support production crews in all matters such as material needs, planning, team dynamics
- Be able to drive a large diesel pick-up truck with attached trailer
We are looking for the right person to fill this role in the Greater Richmond area. However, the right candidates must be willing to travel between both markets for training and job duties after training such as company events and other important meetings and trainings at least once a month (with company vehicle.)
