Pediatric Dental Assistant- Ironbridge Rd.

Virginia Family Dentistry is looking for a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our Ironbridge location!

Pay range for this position is $17-25/hr. Pay is contingent on experience.

Typical work hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

The Pediatric Dental Assistant duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Greet, seat, and support patient during appointment.

· Keep accurate and current records of patient medical history and dental charting in Dentrix.

· Ensure sterilization of instruments, treatment rooms, and surrounding work areas.

· Keep track of schedule and ensure appointments run on time.

· Communicate with the dentist and front desk.

· Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and Virginia State Board regulations at all times.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year or more of experience in pediatric dental assisting. Must be x-ray certified.
