Job Duties
Must be physically able to conduct resident activities and develop and implement an effective activities program. Must have visual and aural acuity sufficient to permit full performance of the duties of the position. Ability to perform all the essential job functions (copy attached) of the position as listed, have leadership ability, organizational skills, and ability to work with the public. Supervisory skills a must
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be an Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, Recreational Therapist, or Activity Professional with a State certification or National Certification.
- 2 years' experience in recreation program in long-term care or SNF setting a plus
