Job Summary
Each of our facilities house male offenders of various ages for sentences of variable length, up to and including life. They all boast fully functional medical units that integrate traditional healthcare with mental health services and dental care.
Duties Include:
- Screen health complaints
- Take vital signs
- Administers medication
- Perform sick call
- Develops treatment plans
- Completes tele-health appointments
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Possess/Maintain a valid, unrestricted nursing license that is valid is the state of Virginia
- Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
