The Opportunity We are hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Specialist to be the first impression of our practice — warm, polished, and genuinely passionate about the patient experience. This is a full-time, in-person role with real advancement potential for the right candidate. What You'll Do Welcome and check in patients; manage phones, scheduling, and clinic flow Guide patient inquiries from first contact through booked consultation Manage patient charts and records using Symplast EHR Support pre-operative processes and patient follow-up Educate patients on services and recommend products and treatments Assist with social media content (Instagram & Facebook) and grassroots marketing Assist with daily office operations including opening/closing procedures Note: Occasional evening hours (~2x/year) for special events until 9 PM. Overtime is rare. What We're Looking For Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Prior medical office experience (required); cosmetic/plastic surgery experience a plus Exceptional customer service and phone communication skills Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently Positive, professional demeanor with a polished appearance Interest in aesthetics, skincare, or the cosmetic industry Comfort with social media content creation (1 year preferred) Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Symplast a plus) Practice Pace We see between 10–25 patients per day, with most days averaging around 15 visits. Our pace is intentionally unhurried — we prioritize meaningful patient interactions over volume, giving you the time to deliver a genuinely exceptional experience with every patient.
