Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Integration
· Assist with the planning, implementation, and oversight of clinical software applications and third-party system integrations.
· Collaborate with Director of IT/IS, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and optimization of health technology platforms.
· Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to improve clinical efficiency and patient care delivery.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for EMR performance, customization, and troubleshooting.
· Work with Director of IT/IS, EMR vendor to resolve issues, optimize templates and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
· Assist with the implementation of EMR upgrades and lead training across the organization.
Clinical Device Oversight
· Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of clinical devices including remote monitoring tools and diagnostic equipment.
· Ensure device data integrations with EMR systems are accurate and reliable.
· Support clinical staff with troubleshooting and workflow optimization for device usage.
Clinical Operations & Staff Oversight
· Supervise and support clinical staff involved in device management and software system usage.
· Develop and implement standardized protocols and SOPs for software, devices, and workflow integration.
· Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence.
· Work in collaboration with the Technical Coordinator(s) for the various ancillary testing services to include vascular, echo,
Physician and Staff Training
· Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for physicians and clinical staff on EMR usage, device functionality, and digital tools.
· Serve as a liaison between clinical leadership and technical support teams.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological adoption amongst the physician and clinical staff.
