Entry Level Account Manager

Vireon Incorporated is accepting applications for an Entry Level Account Manager to represent AT&T's in the Raleigh market. Our sales consulting firm provides comprehensive services to customers in the local area enhancing their wireless and mobile experiences. Cell phones are a majority priority in customers' lives and we want to be the first to generate a positive wireless service. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be entrusted with the customer management for AT&T's direct outreach initiatives. This includes expertly guiding customers through service options, delivering seamless onboarding workflows, and upholding our companies integrity to ensure every customer is more than satisfied with their sales experience.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:

• Execute conversations with customers to promote AT&T’s wireless services and mobile options
• Increase sales by connecting with customers to actively listen and understand their needs of service
• Position service solutions by assessing connectivity usage and budget priorities to guide enrollment decisions
• Entry Level Account Managers maintain will work with other team members to stay up to date on all services and enhance skills
• Learn the ins and outs of sales and account management to become an expert in the role
• Answer all questions customers may have to create an excellent account management experience

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

• Motivated to learn sales strategies and customer satisfaction
• Experience in structured outreach, customer service, retail sales, or related role
• Strategic communicator with the ability to guide service selection, reinforce product value, and sustain engagement
• Highly organized and detail-driven; manages multiple onboarding workflows with speed, precision, and documentation accuracy.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
