What you will do: General responsibilities of a Cultivation Technician in addition to the following-Mixing all fertilizer and acid stock tanks dailyDaily soil moisture readings and reporting to docIrrigation line maintenance and minor repairWeekly calibration of all ph, ec and vwc probesDaily handheld ph and ec checks to verify inline probe readings and ensure all feeds are within target range.Adjusting nutrient feed based on the stage of the plants and adhering to the prescribed feed schedule.Daily feed time adjustments based on Cultivation Director/Cultivation Lead recommendations.Cleaning irrigation lines in between room loads per the SOPWeekly soil pH reading reported to Cultivation DirectorFertigation injection system maintenance/cleaning and small repairsThe Fertigation Techs will be assigned weekend shifts to allow for 7 day/week oversight of fertigation needs.The Employer may discontinue the use of Fertigation Techs in its sole discretion.
