Director of Sales / Managing Director - Cold Container Storage

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FloridaCompensation: $130,000 – $150,000 base performance-based bonusPosition OverviewA global temperature-controlled logistics organization is seeking a Managing Director / General Manager – United States to lead and rebuild its U.S. operations. This Florida-based executive will have full P&L ownership and be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving gross margin performance, and strengthening operational and commercial execution across the U.S. business.This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with strong experience in freight forwarding, cold chain logistics, or temperature-controlled supply chain operations.
