We need someone with outstanding communication, customer service, and writing skills. You should be able to communicate professionally with clients, understand their feedback, write clear and engaging on screen copy, and make every client feel heard, supported, and prioritized.
Responsibilities
• Edit high quality Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
• Turn raw footage into engaging content that holds attention
• Write strong hooks, captions, headlines, and on screen text
• Add clean graphics, captions, music, sound effects, and visual elements
• Complete edits and revisions quickly without sacrificing quality
• Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with clients and team members
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout every project
• Listen closely to client feedback and apply revisions accurately
• Learn each client’s voice, audience, goals, and brand style
• Manage multiple client accounts while staying organized and dependable
• Take ownership of projects and solve problems before they become client issues

Schedule
Our team primarily works between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Eastern Time. You must be available for these working hours at our office in Powell, OH.
