We’re hiring a Social Media Influencer & Content Strategist with 100k min. followers and a proven track record of creating viral content. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong creative eye, excellent writing skills, and the ability to think outside the box. You'll work across multiple platforms to create and manage content that performs, connects, and delivers real results.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Write engaging hooks, captions, and scripts (must be a strong writer and speller)

• Film content as needed by client (in-person or remotely, depending on the shoot)

• Edit content or collaborate with editors to complete final versions

• Track analytics and use data to refine content strategy

• Stay on top of trends and apply them creatively across platforms

• Participate in client calls and fulfill content requests

• Manage multiple content projects and deadlines

• Bring original, out-of-the-box ideas to the table

• Maintain clear, professional communication with the team and clients

Qualifications

• 100K followers on your main platform (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube preferred)

• Proven experience creating viral content

• Strong creative direction

• Excellent writing and spelling skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Understanding of analytics, trends, and platform best practices

• Experience with video editing is a plus

• Previous experience working with brands or agencies is a bonus
