If you're good at spotting problems, enjoy diagnosing and fixing them, and have a genuine interest in PCs, you’ll probably feel right at home here.
We’re currently looking to add a PC Tester to our team. You’ll be the final checkpoint before a system is packaged up and sent out the door–making sure it runs smoothly and properly and catching any functional or cosmetic issues. This role requires focus, consistency, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full hardware and software testing on assembled gaming PCs across multiple models and configurations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, including driver packages, system updates, and system settings.
- Use diagnostic tools like OCCT, HeavyLoad, or HWInfo to test the stability and performance of components including CPU, RAM, GPU, SSDs, and power supplies.
- Monitor temperatures, voltages, and fan speeds to ensure proper thermal performance.
- Identify and document hardware or software issues, replacing or re-seating faulty components when needed.
- Ensure internal cable management is clean and secure according to internal standards.
- Maintain detailed records of test results, failed systems, replaced components, and overall system condition.
- Perform firmware updates (BIOS, GPU, SSDs, etc.) as necessary during the testing process.
- Assist in tracking and organizing spare testing parts and consumables.
- Help with shop upkeep including basic cleaning, taking out trash, restocking supplies, and moving equipment or pallets as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software; familiarity with current CPU, GPU, RAM, and storage technologies
- Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines and manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
