ViperTech is looking for a dependable, hard-working Assistant Cleaning Technician / Field Service Technician to join our field team.

This is not a desk job, and it is not basic housekeeping. We provide specialty cleaning services for homes and businesses, including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and other interior and exterior cleaning services.

Some days are hot, sweaty, dirty, and physically demanding. You may be carrying equipment, working around hoses, going up and down stairs, working outside, driving between jobs, and helping customers solve real problems. The right person will take pride in that kind of work.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn hands-on skills, work with a good team, treat customers well, and grow into more responsibility over time.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with residential and commercial cleaning jobs
• Set up, operate, and clean equipment
• Help clean carpets, upholstery, tile, air ducts, dryer vents, windows, exterior surfaces, and other specialty cleaning projects
• Protect customer property, including floors, walls, furniture, landscaping, and belongings
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Follow company cleaning methods, safety standards, and customer-service expectations
• Help identify additional services that may benefit the customer

This job is physically demanding.

You should be comfortable standing, lifting, bending, carrying equipment, working outdoors, working in warm conditions, and getting dirty. We are upfront about this because we want people who will succeed here.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to work
• Valid driver’s license preferred; required for driving positions
• Ability to communicate by phone and text
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to pass company screening requirements
• Willingness to work a field-service schedule based on customer appointments
• Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required
